I explained that I 100% qualify and if they did not allow us to use the offers, we would cancel and expect our money back. If I did not, they said I would immediately owe the balance (sail date is Oct 31). They said they would book the reservation I wanted as “pending” and send it up the food chain to make sure I qualified for the offers. I had to explain the issue 5 times and eventually they understood. I called right back and got someone else. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said sure then disconnected my call (I am assuming it was an accident, but who knows). When I called the first time last night they said there was nothing they could do.
